The author of this article describes the impact of climate change on agriculture of Pakistan. The article illustrated the impact on agriculture productivity on every part of the country. The article further established a panel model for modelling climate change and is impact on agriculture in Pakistan. This information is relevant and highly related to the current situation of agriculture in Pakistan as a result of climate change. The two authors of the article are highly renowned for their expertise in the field of climate change from other articles they are authored. This makes the authors highly credible. From the model developed by the authors. Measures of drought was applied. To demonstrate the effect of climate change, several control variables were introduced in a panel framework for inter temporal analysis. This was aimed at ensuring the results of the study were credible and accurate. The publisher of this article is academic publishing platforms which is a publisher that is well known for publishing academic publications. The website is stable and well operating. From the article the study was not satisfactory to the people of Pakistan as it showed lower agriculture productivity especially in the arid areas where the change in climate was more. The study did not pay much attention to areas where agriculture was highly production projecting some form of biasness. Thorough research on a country’s water cycle is of great importance, since the availability of water for irrigation will be a key aspect for determining the future impacts of climate change on yields in Pakistan.

Cecere, L. (2013). What happened to the promise of supply chain planning? TOCICO International Conference: 11th Annual Worldwide Gathering of TOC Professionals, Bad Nauheim, Germany, Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization.

The author of this article aims at making the readers understand clearly the goals and issues facing the executives in supply chain management. He states that there is a difference between importance and performance of supply chain applications. This argument is entirely true since companies that are more mature in their thinking have a greater gap between the two aspects. Most of the growing organizations do not have a clear distinction between the importance and the performance of supply chain application. Cecere is among the people who are well known to add value to the topic of supply chain. From his bibliography he has studied supply chain management in his post graduate academic which makes him a credible author for this topic. However this article was not published through a website but rather was delivered through an international conference of the 11th Annual Worldwide Gathering of TOC Professionals. Among the survey topics included Supply chain organization definition, IT operations & trends, Supply chain pain points and focal points, Supply chain excellence. In the course of the study some online interviews were conducted with respondents recruited through emails from Lora Cecere as well as plan4Demand. This authenticate the information included in the article. From the article it is clear that the author was objective and never biased since all the information was gathered from credible sources including the vice presidents of companies.
