You need to choose and complete the assignment for two of the three readings. Upon completion of each reading, choose one of the five questions below and write a summary paragraph related to that question. The summary paragraph should be approximately 100-200 words in length. For each reading, choose a different question to respond to. Cite your article or mention it in the first sentence of your summary paragraph.

The Three Reading Topics:

The 5 questions to choose from (pick one per reading topic):

1. What do I want to remember?

2. What was I supposed to learn from this reading topic?

3. How could I communicate what I learned to someone else? In other words, how would I explain to them what I have read in a way they will understand?

4. Before reading the article ask the following two questions and write one sentence for each - "What do I know already?" "What do I think I will learn?" After reading the article, write a summary paragraph about "What did I learn?"

5. Write down 1 or 2 "ahas" (something you learned) and 1 or 2 "huhs" (things you still have questions about) and then write a summary paragraph related to these thoughts.
