What Could They Have Been Used For?

What appears to be a strangulation device has been dug up recently in

the jungles near an archaic city that once resided just southeast of

Houston. With the letters “R” and “L” placed on the corresponding

nubs, we can only assume they were either placed in ears or the nose.

Perhaps they were used for communication, either to other humans or

even the gods they once believed in. Or perhaps there were used as a

method for silencing snores as they fit right in the nostrils. As they are

all white in color, they most likely were not meant to be hidden.

Perhaps once it is assembled properly, it was a necklace of sorts as the

trends and style in ancient times were unpredictable, to say the least.

How We Got to Our Theory

With the nubs on the end being labeled with “L” and “R”, this leads us

to believe this means “Left” and “Right”. We can only assume it was

meant for the two nubs to be placed in two corresponding ends of some

other technology. With the glaring white color, we surmise it very well

could be jewelry of old times, however this is a working theory that is

in progress. The length still intrigues us, which only leaves us with

more questions.

Who Could Have Used This Object?

We believe the higher class within society were to have been using this

object. The bright white color leads us to believe those who lived

pompously rather than humbly possessed this object. It is in good

condition as well, the owners must have been responsible and careful

not to ruin this archaic device and thus either used it often and took care

of it or was rarely used. The small size allows an individual to take it

with them just about anywhere.

The Object’s Properties

At first glance, the device is white all around and measures 3 feet in

length. The white color has such a brightness to it that is as if it were

saying that whoever possesses this device is somehow better than those

who do not possess it. It has a clicker closer to one nub, on one side

only however. The nubs are labeled “L” and “R” and are symmetrical in

shape and size. The opposite end of the device has a plug-like structure.

The cord itself is smooth to touch and the nubs for both ends of the

device are also smooth. The parts of the device are so small, they seem

as if they could utilized or worn just about anywhere. With such a

small, portable size we would imagine the humans who possessed this

carried it with them often.
