micro-credentials program

After searching in middle east universities, like king Fahd University in Saudi Arabia, UAE University, Bahrain University, Qatar University, etc... I found out no micro-credentials program in the middle east. Also, no minor in Industrial Engineering for undergrad or grad in all universities only major. for this reason, I think the NMSU has a good opportunity to push current students and former students from the middle east to register in these online programs without visas entering to United States.
