Suggestions for your slide presentations:

 Group 1 should include title, authors and journal for the paper. Follow PubMed style.

 No need to show the title of the paper except for Group 1.  Slide size should be “STANDARD” not “Widescreen”  No need to show the full legend for each figure on a slide  Separate panels from each figure on different slide, as

necessary  At the TOP of each slide write a short take home message for

each panel  Please make sure that each group's presentation is not longer

than 15-min

  15 min for each group’s presentation. Please only have a total of 14 slides. All font    including graph axes should be BOLD 28‐30pt font.    DO NOT RUSH ON THE DATA SLIDES‐SLOW DOWN   BREAK UP DATA figures (ONE PIECE OF DATA PER SLIDE).   Tables and graphs taken from the www with text should be 30pt font BOLD.   FOR EVERY DATA SLIDE: remind us what we are looking at, add the pathway, show where    the inhibitor acts, tell us what the proteins are on a Western,  ALWAYS helps to    have the pathway along side.   If showing data about pathways, PLEASE PUT THE PATHWAY IN SCHEMATIC FORM ON    EACH SLIDE.   Use bullet points on info slides.   USE PICTURES: A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS; MAKE YOUR OWN PICTURE.   Experimental Materials and Methods. Explain in detail the methods used, so that we the    audience can effectively critique and query.   Avoid pastel colors, very hard to see.   Assume zero knowledge of audience.   For EVERY ACRONYM used put the full name at the base of the slide.   LOOK at your audience, we are the reason you are presenting.
