EBP to decrease hypertension

1. You must name your facility specifically. You are not just doing your intervention in a Methodist Church "of" African Americans. The church has a name, and that church is specifically where you will implement your DNP project.

2. You must identify your intervention specifically. "Collaboration" is not specific enough. "Leadership approach" or "evidence-based approach" are not enough. What are you actually going to do to help alleviate the problem you have identified? Remember, this can not involve direct patient intervention.

3. In order for your project to be up to date and to have credibility, it is usually best practice to keep your resources within 5 years old.
