It is a short, concise summary of the report which provides the reader with a succinct overview of the report.
Length - approximately 200-250 words.

It is a list of headings and subheadings used in the report with the relevant page number next to each item.

The network diagram shows how each network device will be connected to the network, you can have brief diagram here with more information about each subnet in Appendixes.
