RED ROT - Colletotrichum falcatum
Discolouration of young leaves

Crosswise white patches interruptng the reddened tissues
Red spots appear on the centre of the midrib

Sett treatment @Carbendizm-0.1% for 20min
Hot water treatment @52 c for 30min
WHIP SMUT – Ustilago scitamina
Stunted growth
Central shoot converted into a long whip like dusty black structure

Wilt – Cephalosporium sacchari
