When looking at a project to convert data into information, data analysis is the methodology that should be used to accomplish the output. When reviewing the tools used in the course and the data that is available from the MTA, write a proposal on how to determine which turnstiles are used during inclement weather (You might consider the rain versus snow). In your proposal, you will need to identify a minimum of two data analysis tools you might use.

Your proposal will be a minimum of 4 pages, double space, font style is Times New  Roman, font size is 12. You have required a minimum of three references. Your citations will meet APA 7.0 guidelines.
