Eradicate Poverty in Man’s Life is a non-profit organization that was initiated by the well-known philanthropist Gam Graham five years ago. At it is beginning, the society had loaded itself with a lot of social concerns that are affecting the human race today. They introduced some programs on sexual transmitted diseases, poverty, prostitution, drug abuse, alcohol abuse and economic deprivation. However, it has been really challenging to obtain the desired results in all the fields in the last five years. In my opinion, lack of focus and research is eating up this well-wishing organization. This is the reason that has pushed me after thorough research to advise the organization to take on in fighting unemployment.

If it can manage to fund in unemployment, then all the issues that it is addressing now will be the things of the past. Thus, this proposal is all about eradication of unemployment through insuring it. Besides insuring unemployment because it may encourage people to be lazy, they project also focuses on looking for alternatives means to provide employment to the people. This will include campaigns for more investments by the government to create jobs, means of decreasing population and even setting retiring age.

As an institution, it was formed with an aim of eradicating most evils in the society. However, I strongly urge the management to focus on unemployment and all the issues will be instantly solved and they will really enjoy their efforts. People will get into prostitution just to get some income to sustain them due to unemployment. Of course after the prostitution the impact is sexual transmitted diseases. Drug abuse is due to people sometimes feeling depressed due to unemployment and thus ends up in drugs. If someone was a breadwinner and he or she instantly becomes unemployed, then the dependents will end up languishing in poverty whose cause is unemployment. When people are unemployed, it leads to under-utilization of resources, and this will cause economic deprivation. As I have clearly illustrated, unemployment is the core issue here and that is why I urge the organization to focus on this and we will end up solving many of the social issues, (Blinkist, 2017)

The need of the people that should be addressed is unemployment. In all of the United States’, 159.6 million people are jobless out of the 326 million people present. This illustrates a 48.96% of the population that is unemployed. As per the states, the range rate is between 2.6 to 7.3 for New Hampshire and Alaska respectively. We are thus targeting Eradicate Poverty in Man’s Life to solve the issue through the program of insurance unemployment in all the 48 states of America. With an average unemployment rate of 3% per state, then if the organization will solve this issue, it will save 4.788 million people per state approximately, (U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2018).

The goal is basically; change the society through unemployment eradication. The aiming is basically to solve all the societal concerns in a span of ten years and retain it and continue growing the healthily of the aim. Secondly, aiming in providing better lives to all in a span of 10 years and still continues growing the percentage.

So as to achieve our goals, we have to have strategy. Our main enemy is unemployment. This can be eradicated through population control. Hundred to five hundred agents in each state should be recruited to create monthly awareness to the people on ways to control birth rate and this includes family planning, sexual techniques and even the use of social media will be viable in educating the population. Awareness should be created on the available job opportunities and also a campaign to the government on creating more ways to create employment like industrialization should be increased. Unemployment insurance is also important where the institution will insure a certain percentage of the unemployed or all the unemployed at certain premium each, (Jerry, 2018)

The budget itself illustrates the costs in relation to the grant. They are so close with a little difference which can be invested in expanding the industry.
