My initial post

One may raise many questions when it gets to the issues of pet ownership, as outlined by the author in the article. On this specific issue, some facts stood out to me at a personal level. The first element that stood out is the approach many people in the United States treat animals or pets. Pets are given substantial priority in the general human life in the United States; there are even policies and legislation put in place to regulate animal activities. It is quite interesting that a country that seems to be so advanced when it comes to Pets' manner Is treated. Laws have been put in place to control the various activities that relate to pets. When a pet dies or is accidentally killed, a protocol ensures there is justice both to the owner and the pet.

This discussion has also outlined another issue, the manner the dogs and cats are treated. The law has been changed, and the current law seems to have changes the part of the law that says the “Owner," who are also sometimes the guardians of the pets. The connection between the pet and the human family is also so ingesting. It is not so easy for the people to get into the culture of keeping ted, there studied. Plena legal aspect of the Pet ownership. Basically, the way the ownership of a pet is handled is quite exciting and does not seem to end. This is an issue that should be discovered in a very comprehensive manner. This gives the general idea of what goes on in the event that the dog or the animals get the right time. There are various options available that the citizens may take towards the creation of the legislation that deals with the recovery of the damages. The first concern is about the emotional connection between the owners and these pets. The people or the public need to be informed about the fact that Pets are simply animals. The recovery of the damages should include building the appropriate team of individuals that can help society move on on the matters that have to do with the pet's loss. The damage these people usually have is about the emotional bonding they make with the families. The vast number of families that have animals as pets is related to success in solving such cases. Having people in the society with complete knowledge about the specific individuals. There is need to have a legal aspect that deals with the human expect. Emotional damage is so strong, and society needs to embrace the recent changes. The damages for loss of pet are so adverse and there is no need of coming, with sound and evolve. The society in the United States has the role of coming up with an effective solution to the emotional crisis (Serre, et al, 2019).

The thing about recovering for emotional damages would be to look and define the degree or depth of "emotional damages", a very hard thing to define and quantify. Would we establish more damages for a person who relies on a support animal just to be equitably functional day to day than someone who lives in relative ease, a pet adding a recreational aspect to their lives. There is a law presently on Utah's capital hill dealing with animal property and recovering if someone finds a person's property specifically working animals. It is a little confusing to me, others criticize it for creating confusion. For example, if a herding dog is "found" by someone who believes the dog to be lost would have to pay the owner for damages caused by lost of work output. Something like that, I think what is unique is that it is the latest and seldom seen bill at the legislative level to deal with animals and their status as property which continues to affirm that principle.
