Hello, let me say that your post is great, and I have enjoyed going through it as it covers what most individuals go through in many projects. Interdependence conflicts in projects are a very common cause of conflict in many projects, primarily where an individual relies on the cooperation of another individual. Some of the conflicts mostly arise from lack of better communication, thus failing to report and update the other team members about essential metrics of the projects. As we all know, communication is critical to any project, and success greatly relies on better information sharing. To see the success of a project in such a case, transparency in information sharing is very important as it keeps the team updated. Apart from the communication, I would like to add that most teams also suffer from conflicts that arise from the poor leadership, lack of better organization structures, and ambiguity of some roles as well as human emotions.

To ensure that the team effectively deals with the conflict, it is essential for the team first to acknowledge that indeed there is a conflict between the team. It is critical to the team to effectively discuss the impact the conflict has on the success of the team and thus come up with better measures that would be used to solve the conflict and therefore agree to communicate and solve the issue.

Hello, thanks for your great post. I agree with your definition of creativity, which is the use of personal imagination to come up with something useful. I like how you access your creativity, especially how to apply imagination to come up with better ideas that are likely to come up with better technology or technique of solving a problem. The three creativity indexes available include the talent index, tolerance index, and the technological index.

Enhancing creativity is very important; individuals should come up with different means of enhancing creativity as it helps coming up with better means and coming up with ideas to solve the increased issues and problems affectivity the society and economy. When it comes to improving creativity, I believe that doing something that interests you is one of the best ways to improve creativity. Also, creativity can be enhanced by studying what other industries are doing and trying to improve whatever they give out; this is very important, especially in the businesses setup.
