Organizations try to expand their market to other countries other than their home country due to many reasons like less operating costs, good quality products and services, low cost man power, to increase their sales and become a well known country globally etc. Having all these benefits but the organizations face ethical challenges with their global market (Małgorzata Garstka ,2018).

They face different exposure of social and environmental conditions, working rights and standards, operating conditions, equal opportunity irrespective of caste, religion, creed, race, sex etc, diversity in the countries. Organizations operating should also act in accordance with rules and regulations of the government which are different in different countries. Each country has its own background, practices, beliefs and code of ethics. Even though people in the countries know and speak different languages which may be limited, they also have primary language of operation where the language translation issues may arise. People of the country have different tastes and beliefs satisfying them can be a hurdle and needs extra effort i.e meeting the expectations of the customers is very much important one. Sex rights may be different in each countries where the men and women may not have equal right to do anything. Coming to the religious, festival and cultural holidays/events are different in the countries so they may experience gap issues in the operation. Finding the qualified and honest employees also place major impact for the global operations to get a good name and fame by becoming competitive in the market (Richter, 2017).

Concluding the organizations operation globally in different countries is not a smaller engagement but a larger one for all the employees from top level to bottom level employees of the organization, customers, all the people who are related with it which makes the organization successful.
