Identification of Main Issues, Problems, and Concepts

The discussion shows a clear understanding of the main issues, problems and concept. It discusses extensively the three processes of research process, evidence-based practice and nursing process. The post indicated that nursing process, research process and evidence-based practice follow a systematic method of collecting data. Research process collects data for the sake of analyzing and concluding to develop new knowledge. Evidence based practice on the other hand uses the best available evidence, the patient perspective and clinical expertise to make clinical decision. Nursing process uses the patient data to make clinical decisions and offer client centered care. The post shows a clear understanding of these processes and goes on to show the differences and similarities. In checking the differences, it is also important to point out that while research process has a wider applicability in other fields, the nursing process and evidence-based practice can only be applied in the healthcare field.

Use of Citations, Writing Mechanics and APA Formatting Guidelines

The post shows an effective application of literature and other sources to inform the work. A list of references was also provided and an exceptional use of citations. APA formatting was also applied, although the post failed in using idents in paragraphs and also the required fonts of Times New Roman.
