Literature review: synthesize the information from your references; use at least 10 peer-reviewed references; 5-6 pages in length

Recommendations: describe in detail two recommendations for the organization you identified that could benefit from your project; about 3 pages

Implementation plan: for at least one recommendation, present an implementation plan; can be part of the recommendation or a separate section

Conclusion: 2-3 paragraphs; summarize your findings

References: start on a new page; in correct APA format
