Introduction

Cover the purpose of the report. Indicate and reference the models of reflection you will be using in order to reflection upon your experiences. Indicate the experiences you will explore in the report. Refer to the personal development plan. Support the introduction with relevant reference.

The Benefits of Reflection

What is the purpose and value of this kind of reflection? You can use this part I wrote but add few more things

Writing a reflection report is essential to know about the feelings emotions and experiences related to a certain event (Hyler, 2015), current reflection has been written to express my feelings and emotionally based on experiences of working with the good and bad manager. Current reflection would help me to understand my own emotions and feeling during these experiences, and it will also help me to take better decisions for my career becoming a good manager.

In each of the sections relating to your experience should include a reflective discussion, an analysis of your personal experience and observations, application of theory. Commentary on what you will do as a result of this reflection.

Experience One . A clear link should be seen between your analysis, your development goal and plan

(my experience with good manager in the ice-cream shop )

1- Explain that u analysis the experience using (BOUNER 2003 )this is the model …

Don’t explain the model just put a picture of the model then start your analysis

using Bourner (2003), be sure to cover aspects including :you explain the experience here according to those points:

Actions – what did you do? what was the action….

Ideas – what were your thoughts?

Feelings – how did it make you feel? Explain you feeling in details

Outcomes - what did you learn? ???? in details

Progression – what you will do or how you will use this learning FOR THE FUTURE??? In details

The analysis part using Bourner 2003 is a main part that explain the experience I faced with the good manager in the shop so be clear and explain the experience ..all the feeling, thought action, ideas, be deep in the details . can be around 300 words for this part … the experience need to be something happened to me facing a good manager you can make the experience .

So now you support your experience with theories : you explain in brief the theory and how it apply to your experience don’t be descriptive

2- Link your reflective discussions about the experience to 3 relevant theories (leadership , emotional, Persuasion to Influence Others theories ). concepts could inform your analysis of what happened, how you perceived it and what you learned? Critique these in application to your own experience. How applicable or useful did you find the concepts in helping you to build insight or consider different approaches? Theory successfully applied to create a multi-dimensional analysis of the selected example(s). Avoids descriptive text

3- Comment on the benefits, context or limitations of the theories.

4- How does this experience influence your attitude or employability-related behaviours in the future and link it to the personal development plan in the appendix ? If you changed or it motivated u to be different etc..

5- Where and how could this learning could be used in the future career ? For example, what will you do the same or differently? What kind of situations could you foresee this being applied to?

Experience Two you do the same structure as experience 1 but with bad manager and can be a job as a part time in restaurant

You also need to use 3 theories according to bad manager experience and same structure as 1st experience using same model but with this experience you need to explain the experience as I said before in the model

Conclusion

Summarise what you have learned from your analysis. How does this connect to what you could do, feel or think in the future? How have you connected this to your personal development plan?

Personal Development Plan

Structure your personal development plan according to: SMART Goals. A clear link should be seen between your analysis, your development goal and plan. This is your chance to demonstrate that you have reflected on what you will do in the future and how you can develop further. An additional career development goal can also be included in this personal development plan.

Aims:

What do I want to learn/achieve?

Actions:

What will I do to achieve this?

Resources:

What resources or support will I need?

Measurement:

What will my success criteria be? How will I know I’m making progress?

Review & Time Scale:

Date and method of review

Include three or more development goals here. Ensure that the goals you set are SMART i.e.

-Specific

-Measurable

-Actionable/achievable

-Realistic

-Timebound

Connected to each goal, you will need to think about more than one method of learning or development. List at least three ways to develop per goal.

For each goal, include named resources and/or hyperlinks to resources.

Ensure that your plan refers to a variety of types of resources.

Consider objective and behavioural measures, depending on the nature of your goal.

The recommended timescale for the plan is 1-year. You can also refer to ‘milestones’ on the way. How often will you review your progress?
