Acute Stress: This is the most basic level of stress where an individual is thrilled and excited

Chronic Stress: This is the highest level of stress
It is characterized by giving up in life

Stress generally comes in two levels
Acute stress is basically the lowest level of stress than can be easily managed

Chronic stress leads to effects such as contemplation of suicide

This enables them to understand the victims as they take care of them

This reduces the shock and stress when the disaster strikes
