Stress 2
Each Exercise contains 5 questions worth 20 points each,
and covers 4 textbook chapters. The first 4 questions in each
Exercise are designed to evaluate your knowledge of the
major concepts presented in the respective 4 chapters. The
5th question of each Exercise consists of various self-assessment
activities to help you identify and manage stressors in your
own personal life.

3.3 Compare and contrast the ABC123 Prioritized Planning
and Quadrant Planning (pp. 167-173). Which method
would be most useful to you and why?
3.4 Explain the ABCs of Money Management (pp. 186-189);
Evaluate the statement Money Can’t Buy Happiness
(pp. 196-199).
3.5 Complete the Creating Your Personal Constitution Lab
(p. 142), and Spiritual Wellness Assessment and Response
Lab (p. 160-161).
