This assignment should seem familiar (if not, consider going back and re-watching the Buckingham video ;-). Use the attached document to complete the following steps.

Part 1: Strength (and Weakness) Log

Over the next full week, keep track of what makes you feel strong vs. weak (use the criteria from the video – Yearning quality, naturally inquisitive, and restorative vs. Drained, frustrated, and ineffective). Capture this information daily in the log.

Part 2: Reflect and Refine. Review what has made you feel strong (vs. weak) over the past week; look for key themes from your notes (and any other assessments, experience, reflection, etc. -- including your VIA). Do you see any common themes? Identify/list three of what you perceive to be your top strengths (not just what others want, need, or expect of you). Don't worry -- you'll also be getting plenty of information from others through your RBS assignment.
