Post Project Reflection

1. Brief recap of the (330 words)

· Project objective

Project 2 was about group assignment in which we provided “Wicked Witch” as our example of video game system in which they can provided virtual reality system in government defence department and government procurement in Queensland and New South Wales states. The purpose of this project was to evacuated the performance of the current strategy tools that the Wicked Witch is currently follow in order to use the strategy tools and frameworks that we have learned about in the course and applied in this project to analysis the current External and internal position of Wicked Witch. Our aim was to produce the most effective, interactive and high-quality system from Wicked Witch to the customer in the public and private industry. And be able to be provided competitive advantages in the market and alternative strategy for short- and long-term goals.

· Outline team goals established at the project

As a team of 6 members our goals were to make sure that we were providing a high level of quality by offering a creative and motivated work. We also wanted to provide the all strategic tools which we have learning in the classes and analyse them and tern it as a data. We were trying to make sure each student in the group had to come up with some recommendations in order to collect as many recommendations as we can then we could select the best ones for the project. One of the goals was to finish the project before or within the schedule time so we could avoid the late assignment. The project best on two parts one was the one pager and the presentation part as we known as a team that the presentation part was so important our goal in this

To make sure that we meet the project requirements our goal was to meet before the presentation day and practice and try our best communication skills in that presentation day in order to avoid any nervosa or reading notes.

· Outcome of the project

The project outcome was that we used the strategic tools and good recourses to collect data and met the project requirements. In order to meet the success, we delivered the clear and vertable recommendations for Wicked Witch to improve their strategy performance. On the other hand, we fault to offer clear presentation skills, some students in the group was talking through the notes which made our marks low. Also lack of eye contact were the points that made our marks down. Although our target in this project was to do the best, we can do with what we had been given so as a written skill we worked equality to get the work successfully with we achieved

2. Critical Positive incidents within the project (170 words)

· What the problem?

The positive critical of the project was that to be gain had experience of the project form the past assessment, we also did equal works and had great written skills. leader was good idea to organize the project, sharing thought, have communication skills between group members. Variable communication skills ….

· Each one with multiple of segments

As students who did the Assignment one most of the group member was focusing on assignment one in defence government department which made it too easy for us to collect some data from past work. The students already had some data and ideas of this section which made the collecting data in the project much easy for us. Before we started the project, we were lost we did not know how to start the work we had difficulty to work as a team so to had a leader was good idea to make everything organized, the leader was talent and known how to guide the group he organized for the group meeting he also divided the work between us equally he also was doing the final touch of the whole project. One of the positive incidents was had team work and communication skills in which we shared our thoughts and ideas especially in the last part which was the recommendations everyone had some point of view and ideas to develop the strategic of the project. The meeting and the discussing part were very helpful for me to get to my part I had some points which I felt so hard to understand it especially the idea on transfer the information of one framework to relevant data.

3. Critical Negative incidents within the project? (170 words)

· What the problem?

The negative incidents within the project was the weak of oral communication skills in the presentation day, the lack of discussing the information and the whole project, lack of responsibility.

· Each one with multiple of segments

The group had a very bad marks in presentation skills that because we as a group did not do enough practising before the presentation time. Some students were reading from the notes and lost the eye contact which made the presentation so boring and low quality. Also, I remember that we met as a teamwork 2 time to discuss the project, but we did not shar our thoughts about each part of the assessment as a teamwork who is enthusiastic and motivated in this assignment. Moreover, is that some student did not have the responsibility of doing her/his part, we had to do her work in term of avoiding any gaps in the project.
