1. In the organization, technology can be used in the decision making and company strategies. On the part of decision making the, the process of hiring in the company will be made efficient by the use of IT. Decisions will be made efficiently, in a modern and improved way. The business will therefore achieve its goals and aims.

2. The process analysis examines how work is being done in the organization. The process is very vital in running the company as it helps to identify redundant elements in the operation and also gives a way of overcoming problems.

3. There are a lot of expectations of the stakeholders of the IT in the improving the way the company operates. There are also requirements that the system must meet to be used in the organization. These include the reduction of the hiring time, job requirement provision, tracking of the skills and certificates of the staff, reporting of the information of the candidates, reliable date protection, protection of the information of the consumers, long shelf-life, mobile computing and recovery of the error.

4. The vendor brochure meets the set requirements in a number of ways. The system includes maintenance which ensures reliable data and information storage. This also ensures that there is no data loss and initiating the recovery process. It also includes training which ensures that there is tracking of the skills of the employees in the organization. It also has a provision for change to ensure that new employees can be taken in. Data migration component is provided for data conversion to electronic form for easier storage and keep up with technology. In general, it ensures that the organization runs smoothly.
