Although Schultz’s original strategic vision did bring some success to Starbucks, his strategic vision changed three times through the development of Starbucks from 1987 to now.

Starbucks not only valued quality of products, they also took care of quality of services. Starbucks’ management was emphatic about the importance of employees paying attention to what pleased customers and make sure customers were fully satisfied. The theme was “just say yes” to customer requests. To achieve this goal, all employees were trained carefully as I present above. Employees were also encouraged to speak their minds what was going wrong, what should be changed. Starbucks also using high-technology, communication systems to provide customers the best services.

In conclusion, Schult's has done well in dealing with setting a vision, mission and goals assessing organizational performance, CEO celebrity, and entrepreneurial orientation.

I agree Shcultz does a great job. Thankyou for highlighting these aspects of the Starbucks corporation. It takes a strong and secure leader to adjust the vision of a company to meet the needs of the consumer. The promotion of the human experience is highlighted by listening to the workers. They are the frontline and know what customers like and don't like. Allot of good things can be learned from studying Starbucks from all angles.

Shultz has done well setting  up Starbucks' business. The proof is in the amount of growth in the business of exclusive coffee in the  lounge experience. Schultz has done a great job of getting Starbucks out a  financial rut since 2013. Their vision statement is to "establish Starbucks as the premier purveyor of the finest coffee in the world while maintaining our uncompromising principles while we grow". Not only have they  acquired stores  in 62 countries they have licensed coffee in places other than Starbucks stores.

Starbucks Company  mission statement is "to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time."  the coffee shop does a great job in promoting the human experience by writing customer names their on cups. Another addition to promote the human experience is to have cozy furniture and free wifi.

Paying tuition is a generous way to promote the human experience. .Student workers can qualify for tuition assistance. The company wins by building workers who care about others and value Starbucks as a great place to work. It shows that Starbucks values their employees.

Shaltz is a hidden gem.  He is famous for saving Starbucks and is considered "hidden" because his celebrity status is not as large as others including warren buffet and eff Besos. Shultz has led his company by using Entrepreneurial orientations at times when each were necessary for company growth and effective management. Leadership is responsible for making sure that elements are in place and management works to achieve maximum outcomes. Starbucks is a model to study.
