Diversification strategy

You are a SEO of a hotel booking website and you start feel that, the current competition is very high and every year a new companies entering the industry with more features and strategies. As there are not barriers to enter the market you might need: a website, singing a contract with hotel providers and start promoting your own website. In this concern you might need to consider diversification strategy. Based on your previous project analysis create a path for diversification into related or unrelated diversification.
