Company Strategic Analysis

Analyze the industry and company Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZM).

· You will need to be able to use the Five Forces Model (including the various General environmental factors).

· You will need to be able to draw the entire model and then analyze any of the five (Industry environment) forces and their various aspects and effects and any of the external (General environment) factors for the industry under review.

· The other questions will require you to analyze the company's competitive advantage and Business Level (generic) strategy (you should be able to list and define all of the Business level (generic) strategies).
