You will need to document yourself about the company’s last 5 years strategic performance by checking its Annual Report website section and articles you may find through Google, EBSCO or any other sources of information.

You will develop and submit a strategic analysis report on how the corporation has evolved its Mission, Vision and Values, its specific target market segments,

its position with regards to its competitors, the changes in the industry and in the environment and the resulting SWOT matrix after the pandemic.

You will need to apply and highlight the concepts and theories learned in the first part of the course, in particular Porter 5-C model, PESTEL analysis and competitor grid.
