Expand the location: Grand Turk Cruise Centre, Grand Turk Turks and Caicos Island
1. SWOT: - a summarized view of the company’s current position, giving the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
1. Competitive advantage: Stating what the company is best at compared to the competition.
1. Strategies: The general methods the company intends to use to reach its vision.
1. Financial assessment: An assessment that helps plan and predict the future, allowing it to gain much better control over its organization’s financial performance.
ASSESSMENT
A written report must be presented along with an oral presentation not exceeding 30 minutes.
