Decision-making in an organization forms fundamental aspects that guided and provide a procedure of how an organization's decision-making impacts results. Significantly in an organization, the two fundamental strategic decisions accommodated competitive analysis and change management which affects the organization, performance, productivity, and long-term continuation. Firstly, the organization accommodates change management strategic decisions to acknowledge dynamics, new opportunities, and challenges to acknowledge the constantly changing global marketplace. The strategic decision influenced the organization as it accommodated emergences such ass IT into a business organization that required pragmatic IT budgeting to meet the organization’s business objective. Compressive Analysis is another pivotal decision in any organization embracing an organization product category in the market and acknowledging consumer needs for profitability. Admittedly, my organization's decision on change management and competitive analysis accommodates notable strategic decisions that required optimization models for improvement. Thus, there are significant optimization models for an organization’s strategic decision improvement.

Optimal solution models enhance fundamental strategic decisions for the organization, enhancing profitability and goal orientation. Significantly, optimization model such as Priority Weighted Goal Programming Model is significant for goods and product satisfaction. According to the authors, PWGPM provides critical attention to product satisfaction and profitability in the small business arena (Kumar Yugandhar, and Vinodkumar, 2018). Similarly, the organization needs to use an optimization model for change management and competitive analysis as critical and strategic decisions. Additionally, relational, incremental, bounded-relational models are significant m managing time and pressure in decision-making (Rahman and Feis, 2009). Noteworthy, the organization's consideration of such models provides significant attention to pressure and time, ensuring robust decisions. Thus, optimization models leverage business decision-making and profitability.
