Strategic Alignment

For this task, you will prepare a documents that focuses on strategic alignment factors

that influence an organization. Focus on at least two organizations, and identify

appropriate strategic alignment factors that affect the use of data warehouses within the

organization. Identify at least three factors related to the conceptual model discussed in

the Chapter 8 reading.

Factors that can affect an appropriate decision support system when determining the DW for

the organization can include competitive advantage, customer service, data quality, and

capturing new markets.
