Another example of steps using ZPD

Ask A Question.

Present a mystery for the students to solve.

Ask students to draw what they know.

Give student plenty of time to do research.

Have students draw the solution.

Share their drawings with friends and compare.

Then have students pull all their ideas together in one drawing.

Teacher will ask what if questions.

If students need more information then start back to step 2 until they reach an answer.
