One of the biggest challenges for businesses is getting their message to consumers. Marketing with Facebook allows businesses the opportunity to target their market audience. Facebook marketing focuses on data points and algorithms (Sattler, 2021) to reach consumers where their preferences, likes and searches are. Some of the ways businesses are using Facebook marketing are streaming with Facebook Live and pinning posts on their page (Smith, 2022). Both options are outside of the traditional static advertising post threads that appear in Facebook. With Facebook’s marketing focus combined with Facebook Live, together they increase a business’s chances of reaching more customers.

One of the examples for Facebook marketing I found is from the  Container Store .  The post links to an article about COLLEGE LIFE: HOW TO DO A LOT IN A LITTLE SPACE. The article includes students with personal photos of how they use items from the container store to dress up their dorm. The container store posts include a video from influencer  Rosanna Pansino  a YouTube content creator. Rosanna describes products from the container store that tout the materials used as recyclable and sustainable.
