Appetizers

Good for business meetings

Fast to eat

Easy to share

The appetizers made the most profit and they’re highly valued by our business travelers, we would like the recommend adding more appetizers to the menu. Business travelers have busy schedules so they value grabbing something quick & easy to bite before a meeting or having something during a meeting. And since they’re staying at a luxury hotel, pricing is not their main concern.

Desserts

Fast to eat

Easy to share

Good for business meetings

Suggestions:

Offer simpler desserts (fruit plate, ice cream, etc.)

Menu Pricing

Price is not huge concern for Stanford Court Hotel guests

Tony Burger - not profitable - most popular

Increase price

Seasonal Pizza - seasonal items, cost more

Increase price

Sold 1089 burgers from July ‘17 - March ‘18

Losing $2 per burger, the most popular one losting

Pizza was one of most popular shareable platters, but not making large profit

Charge more, make more

Menu Pricing

Unpopular items

Italian Sub

Mixed Field Greens

All in all, since our guests are not senvise in price, we can increase the price for the poupler items, and cut the unpopular item from our menue

Marketing

Increase foot traffic

New rooftop seating for brunch

Drink vouchers

Expand our market

-new customers for brunch rooftop location

Drink vouchers for highest suite level guests -> encourage them to come and buy apps with them
