For the success of the project to be achieved, the stakeholders should be effective involved in the decision making processes. This will play important roles in ensuring that the problems experienced are addressed in the best way possible. The involvement of the stakeholders in the project will help in ensuring that the communication between the other group members is made effective (Derakhshan, 2019).

As a result, this will ensure that different ideas are shared and the right activities carried out accordingly. The involvement of the stakeholder can again be used in ensuring that different ideas are shared in an effective manner for the purposes for ensuring that the set goals and objectives are achieved. My position is that the stakeholders should again be consulted during the projects as that will help in ensuring that the team members acquire the right views on the manner in which different operations should be carried out.

The involvement of the stakeholders will again bring about new ideas in the project therefore making it easy for the project to be carried out successful. All the stakeholders should be encouraged to contribute to the success of the project as that will make it easy for the set goals and objectives to be achieved. On the other hand, the presence of the stakeholders will motivate the other group members hence ensuring that they improve their performances.

The roles and the responsibilities of the stakeholders are to oversee the operations of the other group members. However, this will play important roles in bringing about efficiency and effectiveness in the manner the different processes are carried out. As a result, the group members will be able to complete the project in the stipulated time (Hall, 2019).

On the other hand, the involvement of the stakeholders in the decision making processes plays important roles in ensuring that the problems experienced by the other group members are addressed. As a result, the processes carried out are carried out without having to experience unnecessary obstacles. According to researches carried out, it is true that the stakeholders in a given project ensure that the funding of the project is enhanced therefore ensuring that different activities are completed in the stipulated time. This facilitates the success of the project therefore facilitating the improved performance of the company.

As far as the company I work for is concerned, the position of the stakeholders is the top management of the company. As a result, they ensure that the employees in the company are managed in an effective manner for the success of the project as well as the company to be achieved. Due to the fact that they contribute to the decision making processes, their inclusion adds value to the company and therefore they come up with a plan of ensuring that the risks in the company are addressed.

It is through the ability of the stakeholders to address the risks whereby the business is encouraged to operate without having to experience unnecessary losses. As far as the company is concerned, the stakeholders have been able to work for the purposes of ensuring that different programs are introduced hence ensuring that the needs of the group members are addressed. However, the introduction of the programs has ensured that the group members are motivated to work for the success of the project (Thomson, 2019).
