Hi Eduardo. Thank-you for your work on this assessment. This was a good first effort in developing an evidence-based plan to address the issue of medication errors.   I liked the visual presentation of your slides and felt that your content was organized and easy to follow. Please keep in mind that the focus of this assessment (and the course as a whole) is your interdisciplinary plan. When you say that your plan is evidence-based, you are saying that you have searched the literature to find the best practices to address this issue. To prove that you have done so means that your information is supported with citations. Take some time to review the scoring guide so that you address the requirements of each criterion. I made also several recommendations on how some criteria might achieve a higher performance score. Please remember to highlight any changes that you make to your assessments if you resubmit for revaluation. Dr. Shinn

1D I felt you did a great job of discussing the issue of medication errors, and the effect of medication errors on patient care and the reputation of the organization.  Your discussion was supported with evidence from the literature. I am glad you also discussed why the audience should care about addressing this issue.

 2np You stated that your plan was evidence-based, but I did not see citations or evidence from the literature to support this. When you say that your plan is evidence-based, you are saying that you have searched the literature to find the best practices to address this issue. To prove that you have done so means that your information is supported with citations. Search the literature to see how other organizations have reduced medication errors. This will give you best practices to follow and will increase the credibility of your plan. 

3b You provided a brief discussion on the management of financial and human resources.  Strengthen this criterion by including a detailed budget (e.g. How did you come up with a cost of $10.000?  that discusses what costs and resources are needed. Also discuss human resources by identifying the different disciplines that will be involved in your plan and wat their roles are. Support your content with evidence from the literature. 

4B You made several positive recommendations for measuring the effectiveness of the intervention. Due to lack of citations, there is insufficient evidence that your evaluation criteria are indeed evidence-based. Are there authors you could cite who could provide supporting evidence for this evaluation plan? This is needed for a higher performance score.

5B I liked the visual presentation of your PPT presentation. Your slides were uncluttered and easy to read. The content in your speaker notes contained grammatical errors, particularly in sentence structure. I recommend that you use a program, such as Grammarly, to support you in proofreading your tests.
