Chapter 4, Global Management

Regarding the feedback from Ch 4, which I got 3.2, I count myself having a high global management potential. This is reflected on the low score I had. This sowed the quality characters of the successful managers in me. My focus is basically pegged on future success; I made an impact and agree to opinions of all the team workers and I take much account to collective interest of all the workers. And with these exceptional characteristics which I have, I believe that if am attached to work in a multicultural group then I will do the best that has never been done before my strong feelings is that working with multicultural people will always make me great again and will highly improve my skill to the best. I therefore know that, with high communication I can make greater impacts on people.

Chapter 5 Planning

In CH 5, I got 3 points. Means that I have a bright future career to pursue, this is an indication that my focus is well based on how I might achieve a good future when I conduct a proper planning of my life and management career. Based on my performance I believe that any job that needs my leadership can be conducted well with high improving and success of the company. Therefore, the business-oriented courses such as Human Resource Management job can fit my talent. Because I set bigger ambitions and work towards their achievements, I need to have a SMART planning that can see me in another level of life.

Chapter 6, Strategic Thinking

I manage to get 2.88 in strategic thinking, meaning that I have an average thinking capacity. If I set all my minds in marketing activities, operational work then I will be able to have a greater thinking capacity to attain the high level of tinkers. The company that I work for is basically committed to improve the thinking capacity of every employee at interest of the organization. I am being one of them will count on such advantage to enhance my thinking capacity. In every activity that I take, I engage my thinking intellect to try to focus on the expected outcome in order to have a good thinking capacity that will help me choose the projects that I take for the company.

Chapter 6, Core skills for strategic planning

With the desirable performance I got in strategic planning, I believe that I possess moderate strategic planning skills. Strategic planning is an important because not only organizations needs it for production but even at home I conduct my investments, my family in the future and every property that I will own will come out of strategic planning. This is arrear skill but those who use it well achieve big objective of which I believe the society will check me to help in managing and planning for the projects which they plan to take.
