1. Create a PowerPoint presentation to illustrate and explain how the core determinants of health are impacting the health of your target population utilizing the picture below. 

2. Note that you should briefly review all of the determinants and then choose the ones that impact your target group to talk about in the assignment.  

3. Include 8 content slides. Each slide should have minimum of 8 bullet points.

4. 5 different images are needed in 5 different slides. Objective slide not needed.

5. 3 scholarly sources that must have in-text citation.

6. Be sure to review the link information on Core Determinants of Health.
