The project on community education would be successful with a good implementation plan. There is a need to determine an implementation that will ensure the project's goal is achieved. In this case, I believe that effective implementation will detail a clear and concise scope that involves the limits of the project and the guiding objectives. The scope of the project will involve the goals, timelines, and different deliverables, as noted by Derenskaya (2018). This will form the basis of what is expected of the project. Despite the project being on community education, it will be essential to set various objectives that will guide the implementation process as well as the implementation approach.
Another important step is to ensure a detailed preparation of the project deliverables, resources, and risks. The preparation stages involve gathering the required data, which will be used to determine possible risks and challenges that could be encountered during the implementation. I believe that this will be effective in ensuring a smooth implementation. At this stage, mitigation plans will be put in place to ensure that all the challenges are adequately addressed in case they arise. Another vital issue during the preparation is gathering the necessary resources. This will include identifying the needs of the community and the resource that will fit the needs (Harjanto et al., 2019). These resources will be helpful in aiding the project implementation. This will also detail the type and methods of communication to be used during the presentation. Depending on the target population, an appropriate language and choice of words should be considered to fit the predetermined needs. The method of presentation will be determined at this stage. The planning will be essential to ensure that the requirements of the project implementation are identified, gathered, and put in place.
Another aspect that is important for the implementation is establishing an evaluation plan. Evaluation involves the assessment of the project objectives and the deliverables. In most cases, it is used to determine the level of achievement and the impact a given project has had. In this case, the evaluation will be important in determining adjustments that should be made regarding the project (Alami et al., 2019). Equally, the method of evaluation will be determined. This will include whether the evaluation will be done at the end of the project or should be ongoing. Therefore, for the project to be effectively implemented, I believe that a good plan would be necessary with effective identification of the resources and the considered evaluation process.

Best Practices for Implementing the Project Presentation
As a presenter, one should make eye contact as it enables one to bond with the audience. The presenter needs to face the audience and connect with them. This allows you to engage with your audience and also helps you feel less nervous because you are talking to individuals, not a great mass of unknown people. If you're taking questions in front of a vast crowd, rephrase the question that was just asked because most people there probably didn't hear it the first time. Additionally, express your enthusiasm and interest in your endeavor through your body language and vocal tone.
When writing a presentation, it is crucial to make it simple, elegant, and professional. Limiting the use of animation, transitions, and sound is also vital. You can also practice the 4 by 4 rule, which states that you should have 4 bullets with 4 words. One needs to make sure that they edit ruthlessly to ensure that everything is up to standard. If possible, you can get someone to proofread it. The fonts and font sizes you choose should be clear and easy to read. The standard font size to use is between 18 and 30 pt. When using colors, you can change them for emphasis and ensure you are consistent with the design.
Do not just read the slide when you are presenting, as this shows you were unprepared. As you start the presentation, begin with a story to connect your audience, introduce yourself and the topic and make the subject matter relevant to them. Stories help us to pay attention and also to remember things. If you can use stories in your presentation, your audience will likely engage and remember your points afterward. It is also vital to know your audience and respect them (Schrover, 2011). The great presenters say that the most important thing is to connect with your audience, and the best way to do that is to let your passion for the subject shine through. Be honest with the audience about what is important to you and why it matters. Be enthusiastic and honest, and the audience will respond. As you prepare the presentation, you always need to bear in mind what the audience needs and wants to know, not what you can tell them. While giving the presentation, you also need to focus on your audience's response and react to that. It would be best if you made it easy for your audience to understand and respond.
