a. The industry lobbied against price controls
b. The constant rise in prices made medicine to become too expensive
c. The bill to control the continued growth was important
II. Lobbying against the Heath Care Act reforms
a. The reforms targeted reducing the amount of money sent to Medicaid
b. The reforms increased the amount paid to insurance by the elderly.
c. Lobbying was to ensure increased funds in health care and protect the elderly.
III. Effects of pharmaceutical lobbing
a. Increased health care costs
b. The frustration of the bills on price controls
IV. Effects of lobbying against the Health Care Act
a. Increase in Medicaid
