I have gone through the works presented in three articles. Below are their summaries.

The implication of MIS in Public Organizations in Jordan

A research was made to evaluate the concussion of MIS on the performance of public institutions by making a few surveys of public institutional data. Several works resulted in the identification of major components of MIS. Some of them are IS/IT competence, data storage and management, quality of service, scope, software, hardware, policies and guidelines, timelines, data accuracy, and integration. After work on a different hypothesis, the list of MIS factors is environmental, technological, legislative, and human factors. The average variance of these factors with MIS resulted in 0.69, 073, 0.66, and 0.64 respectively. Information utility level and IS competence are the parameters that are affecting MIS implementation.

Several calculations were performed to show that organizational performance has a good relationship with the adaption of MIS. However, the average variance of OP resulted in 0.74. Besides this, multiple regression study shows that integration of MIS has enhanced the performance to an additional 40%. The entire work exposes factors such as user education, advanced training, data confidentiality, authority support, and availability of equipment for the ideal and successful execution of MIS in public institutions (Ahmad, 2016).

Impact of MIS in Decision-Making

MIS uses data stored on computers and other methodologies to provide effective data. Organization of such accurate data aids to promote effective decision-making and other operational functions. This research aims to reveal the importance of data analytics for making future decisions. Effective suggestions for correct making decisions are possible only with quick and accurate information. The growth of the organization depends on the qualitative work of the workforce and the best utilization of MIS.

Smart decision making and preparing alternate solutions are important for both the higher and lower authorities of the organization. The sudden development of the IT field has exposed the significance of database management. The chances to make advanced analysis and marketing decisions are high with the help of the database. The introduction of certain IS development tools might provide benefits for decision-makers and evaluators of the organization (Berisha, 2014).

The implication of MIS on school management

The school management has improved a lot with the integration of Management Information Systems (MIS). The study reveals that the performance of several legislative activities such as attendance supervision, evaluation reports, fiscal management, human resource, decision-making analysis, and faculty allotment got enhanced due to MIS.

Through this study, we came to know that software development and technology advancement can aid the management to set aspirations for the school. Some of them are resource distribution, systematizing crucial plans, analyzing success factors, evaluating student and faculty performance as well. However, several works show that there are some obstacles such as time shortage, poor training, senior authority approval, poor technical awareness, ICT asset unavailability, lack of desire, and assurance among faculty. However, few works suggest involving associates from various levels of the organization for the actual execution of MIS. Besides this, proper training and effective management indeed enhance the outcomes of MIS in the field of school administration (Shah, 2014).

Theories and IT Practice

Firstly, Lack of user education and executive support may lead to poor execution of MIS. Secondly, environmental, human, technical, and legislative factors decide the level of MIS utilization. Thirdly, inaccurate data, poor data management, and service uncertainty may again result in incomplete utilization of MIS. As an IT expert, I would like to work on to promote the quality of service along with effective data management. I would see to get the required support from higher authorities for maximum integration of MIS.
