Wayne Enterprise

Wayne enterprise is a major corporation that employs many people each year. I got free working for Wayne for a long time. The company deals with different marketing brands. I, therefore, have the opportunity to work with the team. Companies offer online marketing to various brands. It also conducts physical marketing where the employees visit different places to market brands as well as the services provided.

I was pleased to join one of the best teams. The team manager is amiable, and one gets an easy time to perform their tasks. The better thing with our team is that we can always take a break since the work is tedious. We make different suggestions as well come up with solutions to various problems. For instance, in my case, I like contributing a lot. I love speaking a lot, which makes me relate well with the customers (Pride & Ferrell, 2004). I have been talkative since I was young, which makes me an extrovert. Marketing requires someone who understands the language of the people and knows how to read their minds. In my field, I can interact with several people as well as convince them to take our brands. I have been awarded several awards, the first one being an employee of the year. My work has been accepted by many giving me numerous credits. I have also earned the company a better reputation. Currently, the company is still conducting its daily operations. I was also promoted to a marketing manager. I am, therefore, able to guide my fellow employees as I treat them with much respect. It is always good to be an ethical leader who understands other employees better.
