The human person's value in my worldview is through the lens of the Bible's teaching of God's creation. The value of a person is intrinsic, I.e., all humans, irrespective of their characteristics and achievements, cannot take their value for granted even though it cannot be proven logically. The Bible's narrative on creation is that we are all made in the image and likeness of God. my original justification for this belief is in (Genesis 1:26-27). And as I study through the Bible narrative of the creation of all things is chronicled, and the impression of order, immutability, and div one intention and value of a person are communicated clearly. The book of Genesis is concluded with the creation of man, which is the beginning of humanity, completed by God beholding his work and seeing that it was good; human is given a special within the creation and awarded an elevated position to rule over the rest of the creation(Genesis 1:31). I see the human person who has a divine signature. A unique place that makes all human beings' life sacrosanctity and inviolable all human has equal value; we all represent God's essential truth and goodness(Muller,2022).
As a Christian, I have made a bold, if not always graceful, stance regarding beginning of life issues, I follow the Bible teaching to be pro-life. Human life begins at conception of embryo, personhood is granted not through what babies contribute but through the inherent value bestowed on them by God , the fetus in the uterus is human being bearing the image of God. The book of (psalm 139:13), In the book of (Psalm 139:13), David speaks about how God form his "inward parts" while he was in hid mother 's womb. In my stance abortion is amount to taking the life of a person which the six commandment prohibits. The outrage God feels at the murder of the un born is understood in His forbidding the taking of the innocent life (Exodus 23:7). God hates hands that shed blood (Prov 6:17). The Bible does not explicitly the practice of abortion ,yet as you carefully listen to the Bible teaching regarding what it means to be a human being and what it means to take the life of another, the Bible speaks very clearly on the issue of abortion . Furthermore the jews and Christians in ancient times explicitly and condemned the practice of abortion.
I'm all in for the adult stem cell research, Jesus ministry was healing (Matthew, 4:24). The research to cure disease and alleviated suffering are noble pursuits it has shown great promise in the fairly new field of regenerative medicine, for it is the will of God for us to be in good health.
The embryonic stem cells, are driven from human embryos by destroying the embryo, so in my view as a christian, Bible teachings life begins at fertlization, and the moment of conception the embryo is human, and is prohibits by God's commandment to destroyed a fetus for the purpose of research.

Ethical and Spiritual Decision Making
Human values are guidelines that help humans to interact and coexist peacefully. Therefore, since human beings are created in the image of God, human values contain God's traits, such as love, peace, kindness, caring, truthfulness, selflessness, compassion, spirituality, and loyalty, among others. Human values occur as destination or end values and means or path values (Phillips et al., 2018). Destination or end values are essential since humans practice and live with such values, including happiness, honesty, love, and integrity. On the other hand, means or path values help humans achieve the end values, such as health, intelligence, and money. Thus, cultural practices, religious beliefs, environment, parents, and personal experiences influence human values. Consequently, human values influence bioethical issues since cultural and religious beliefs affect decision-making.
Controversial Bioethical Issues
Despite being a controversial bioethical issue, I tend to agree with abortion if the mother's life is at risk. I believe abortion can be morally correct if the end values lead to happiness and love. For instance, I would support abortion in case the mother experience pulmonary hypertension. During pregnancy, the heart tends to pump the blood harder since the blood needs to nourish the fetus (Mohamed, 2018). Therefore, pulmonary hypertension increases the chances of heart failure and death. Additionally, I would encourage abortion in ectopic pregnancy since the pregnancy might rupture the fallopian tube leading to internal bleeding and death. Severe kidney disease and severe preeclampsia endanger the life of a pregnant woman and might result in death. Nonetheless, I would not support abortion if the mother is healthy, but the fetus has developed some abnormalities. I believe everyone deserves to live and enjoy life regardless of their disabilities. Therefore, the fetus should be allowed to grow and live a normal life similar to other children.
Based on my position as a nurse, I believe creating designer babies is unethical since it interferes with the creation process and genetic makeup of the baby. Designer babies are developed to satisfy the desires of the parents since the parents choose the characteristics they would prefer their child to possess (Braber, 2020). As a result, I feel that designer babies do not experience everyday life since their altered genes might affect their interaction and relationships with other children. In addition, designer babies interfere with spirituality and religious values since supreme beings such as God are responsible for creation. Therefore, as a nurse and a believer, I feel that designed babies are lesser persons since their conception and implantation do not occur naturally as another human begins. Besides, the creation of designer babies increases inequality and devaluation of disabled people since designer babies carry only desirable genes.
From a nurse's stance, I feel designer babies are essential since the technology can help reduce the chance of gene abnormalities and the inheritance of diseases such as cancer. Being a nurse has affected my stance regarding stem cell research since I believe the study is helpful but also harmful since it leads to destroying embryos (Mohamed, 2018). As a nurse, I think stem cell research requires employing more adult stem cells to prevent the death of the fetus. However, I believe killing the embryos to foster the research equates to killing a person, violating human rights. From a medical perspective and as a nurse, I think stem cell research will help eradicate life-threatening diseases such as acute lymphocytic leukemia.
Nonetheless, stem cell research is risky since it results in tumor formation. Stem cell research weakens the immune stem since stem cells take longer to grow and mature for the study. Controversial bioethics issues require professional and spiritual assessment since they directly affect the lives of the fetus. Thus, unborn babies need to be protected since they are equally humans with fundamental human rights.
