Next, using the SWOT Analysis Template and Instructions, address the following critical elements for your selection:

• SWOT Analysis: Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing your sport organization, individual, team, or facility and its form of marketing, using the SWOT template provided. Include at least two items in each box. Items may be listed as bullets.

○ Strengths: Identify at least two strengths of the sport organization, individual, team, or facility and its form of marketing. ○ Weaknesses: Identify at least two weaknesses of the sport organization, individual, team, or facility and its form of marketing. ○ Opportunities: Identify at least two opportunities of the sport organization, individual, team, or facility and its form of marketing. ○ Threats: Identify at least two threats of the sport organization, individual, team, or facility and its form of marketing.

• Opportunity: Expand upon and defend the potential benefit of one opportunity identified in your SWOT matrix, for your sport organization, individual, team, or facility.

In completing your SWOT analysis, consider factors both within and outside the organization. Also, be sure to consider the research you conducted on the 4 C’s for your organization in Module Two, as well as any feedback from your instructor. You may also want to conduct additional research to support your SWOT analysis.
