2. Assess the performance of the firm during the time of the case, using (at least) the following criteria:

b. Financial performance

c. Return on investment

3. What do the metrics featured in Question 2 tell you about the performance of Spotify?

4. How can the firm grow their number of subscribers and/or increase their subscription price?
