Why sports classes should be mandatory
Sports classes are fundamental since they can result in positive outcomes for an individual's physical health. The person will be more flexible to engage in any activities or perform a given task. Sports fosters a sense of responsibility to the participants; it is because sports classes are governed by specific rules and customs, ensuring the participants are responsible enough to engage in fair competition and permit consistent adjudication of the winner (Simon, 2016). Nevertheless, when everybody engages in sports, drug abuse, violence, and petty crimes will reduce among our youths. The people will be fully occupied in such activities that it will be hard for them to engage in criminal activities for a limited day.
Sports classes may serve as therapy classes for many people, especially in these contemporary times, where most people are mentally unstable (Schultz, 2018). When such victims participate in sports classes, it becomes a guarantee that they will become better people by healing. Sports classes eliminate boredom and make a person active, which is crucial for our health and proper functioning of the body. Subsequently, sports classes increase discipline that can serve as a vital element of conduct in numerous aspects of life. Sports activities have numerous benefits to everybody, like enhancing a persons' emotional fitness. It is one reason it is significant to introduce sports classes in the school curriculum immediately after a child starts going to school by making it to part of their routine (Senge et al., 2012). The routine will help all the learners stay both physically and emotionally healthy, which is vital for their excellence in different school disciplines.
Nonetheless, sports classes are essential to everyone since it prevents dangerous cardiovascular disease such as diabetes, obesity, and even heart diseases. Thus, many people will benefit from enhanced cardiovascular fitness and increased bone density, which lessens the risks of getting Osteoporosis condition (Shulman et al., 2011). Sports classes should be mandatory for everybody to promote comfortable body shapes, especially to female genders who have body shape goals. Sports classes also boost self-esteem and confidence among people. The participants become more confident about themselves and love who they are even more. Besides, sports activities should be compulsory for everyone since it is a platform that instills good leadership skills in the body. By doing so, these people will become reliable and responsible leaders holding better positions in the future.
Conclusion
Sports classes should be mandatory for every individual since they carry several benefits to the people. One of which entails enhancing good health and preventing most people from cardiovascular diseases like obesity and heart diseases. It also instills good leadership values among the people. Sports classes also enhance individuals' emotional fitness, and it also makes the participants gain self-confidence while enhancing self-esteem. It will be a wise decision if sports classes are made compulsory for everyone, especially for schoolchildren, since it will make them more active and improve their concentration levels.
