1. Proposed Presentation Topic: Sudden Death during Exercise

Integration of deaths in sports in The acute and chronic effects of exercise on the structure and function of the body with an emphasis on the metabolic, cardiovascular, pulmonary and neuromuscular systems.

2. It has been established that, cardiovascular endurance is enhanced by exercise. This can be derived from sports. We all agree that sports such as, cycling, swimming amongst others are exercise activities. Most sports activities require training. When we train regularly, it has been established that, we create a very strong link with cardiovascular health. This will mean, if one decides not to be in sports, then there is inactivity in their body. The body is not active. This puts the person at risk since this inactivity causes coronary disease.

3. Importance of my topic

The topic is important to professionals in that they can be able to know on the importance of exercising. They will be aware of what happens when they fail to do so and what diseases they can get from it. Then lastly, they have the remedies to use in case they have illnesses related to exercise. They are also aware of the deaths and ways to evade them.

4. Identify the physiological aspects of your topic that you need to gain a better overall understanding of in order to create an educational presentation for professionals in the field??

It has been established that, sudden cardiac arrests is one of the leading cause of death among the athletes. In an year and I quote “Sudden cardiac death is the most common medical cause of death in athletes, with an incidence of around 1 in 40,000 to 1 in 80,000 athletes per year according to the most recent estimates. This means that in the course of this leaning, we can establish how to save some of these sports people who can be taught on the importance of an active body system. It is good to note that, patients with cardiac disorders who have made exercise part of their lives, and athletic competition may on rare occasion experience sudden cardiac death.
