You will develop a portfolio (2000 words equivalent) that will include;

a)Plan of a 6 week coaching programme

b)reflection on delivery of coaching programme,

c)records of observations made by others on your performance,

d)reflection on those observations

critically evaluates the coherence of the coaching programme in light of feedback and your training needs analysis
