• For this final project, you will be designing an event.

• Be sure to answer the following questions:

• Where will the event take place?

• What type of event is it?

• Who is participating in the event?

• What types of people will attend this event? How did you decide on your target audience?

• Will there be any entertainment or performers?

• What are the special safety and security considerations?

• What resources do you have to manage the risks?

• What personnel will you have to work during the event?

• Be sure to discuss the following IN DEPTH:

• Crowd management tactics

• Legal issues you will face during the event

• Who will be the members of your Emergency Response Team?

• Emergency Action Plan in case of an emergency.

• Who will be the Security team members?

• Concessions offered during the event. What are the costs, what is the variety, are the concessions outsourced?

• Cost of attending the event

• Parking considerations during the event

• Community/Corporate partners

• Sponsors

• Mission Statement

ETHICAL ANALYSIS (2 FULL PAGES TYPED)

• You must use Times New Roman font in size 12. No other font or font size will be acceptable for this analysis.

• You can choose from the following events to analyze:

• USA Gymnastics sexual assault scandal

• UNC-Chapel Hill grade-boosting scandal

• Washington Football Team scandal (include the change of the mascot and team name as well as the workplace misconduct allegations)

• You must address the following: • What happened in the situation • What was the ethical dilemma? • Who were the stakeholders involved in the situation

and how were they impacted by the situation? • What ethical approaches were taken by the

leaders in the situations as they were happening? • Analyze the ethical issues with respect to the LAWS.

• Are the relevant laws consistent or inconsistent with the actions taken by the leaders involved?

• Analyze the ethical issues with respect to professionalism

• Is the professional code of conduct consistent or inconsistent with actions taken by the leaders involved?

• What ethical approaches should have been used by the leaders involved? If the ethical approaches you chose were used, how might the situation and the outcomes have changed?
