These are real current concerns surrounding all of us right now during this pandemic. I am only looking for answers for the wine industry.

We are a winery and we hire people to pick our grapes, a driver to deliver our grapes and staff to process the grapes. We also bottle wine and hire temporary crews to handle this as well. Look into all these types of jobs and guide us to best handle these issues.

COVID regulations differ from State to State, County to County, Business to other businesses. Issue: Which do I follow? We are in Napa county, Napa, California.

Federal Rules and Regulations. What are they and which do I follow?

COVID testing is not available to everyone. If you have symptoms can you be tested.

What do you do when you might have been exposed to a COVID positive person?

Can you take temperatures?

Do I have to pay for everyone to be tested?

Look up Rules and Regulations around what is an outbreak of COVID.

Look up OSHA rules and regulations around COVID

Do we have to let everyone know in our business if one person tests positive?

Look up rules and regulations around this on State of California and OSHA websites.

If someone tests positive, do I have to close my business for 2 weeks?

We do not conduct tastings right now. If we had an outdoor location to conduct tastings, we would do it. Our only option is to turn our parking lot into a tasting room. We determined that this would not work. So tasting room is closed currently. We do online sales only.
