Human resource management can be so different at international level. Many organizations are so good at local level human resource management but often flop when their organization expand or move to other countries and regions (Singh, Singh & Singh, 2018).

One thing has proven challenging in Human resource management is the hiring human capital. Many organizational expanding to other countries, regions and continents have come to face the dilemma of hiring the appropriate human capital for their business (Singh et.al, 2018). . For most organization choosing between hiring expatriates, third party nationals or the host nation nationals is challenging as result of the differentiated advantages and disadvantages that come with each entity

Snort rules are usually made and configured on windows to facilitate getting alerts for any attacks performed by hackers and people with malicious intentions. Generally, snort refers to a free and open source network intrusion that acts as a prevention and detection system. For it to work effectively, it needs a rule-based language activity such as the DDoS attacks, stealth port scans, buffer overflows and OS fingerprinting attempts. Furthermore, the snort rule has the ability of performing real time traffic analysis and packet the logging details on the IP networks (Park, Reith and Mullins, 2019).
To use the snort rule, a unique procedure must be followed. For instance, snort rules must be written in a unique way that enables them to describe the following events properly. Conditions within which the users think that the network packets seem to be different or if the identity of the packet becomes non authentic. Also, the violations that look like threats to the company and to other valuable information should be incorporated with the snort rule. It also applies to common attempts of exploiting the vulnerability of the company’s network. Secondly, the rules in snort need to be compatible enough to be acted upon with an immediate effect and necessary measures put in place according to the nature of the intrusion. Park, Reith & Mullins (2019) adds that it is important to understand that when using snort, it fails to evaluate rules in the order that they appear but follows the default order.
This order entails the alert rules which generate alerts using the alert method, log rules and finally the pass rules. Additionally, snort uses the IP address that is unique to every computer. The IP aids in transferring data or packets on the internet from one network to another. These packets contain messages, data, source, destination address that are supported by snort. Some of this IPs includes the transmission control protocol (TCP) which connects two different hosts and exchanges data between the two devices. The user datagram protocol (UDP) helps in broadcasting messages over the internet and finally the internet control message protocol which sends network errors messages in windows.
Slide Five
The research is guided by the following research questions; 1. What are the challenges facing HR at global level 2. What have most companies operating at global done to mitigate these challenges? And lastly, what are hiring concepts can the global human resource employ in hiring Diaspora staffing?
Slide Six
To find increase the research’s knowledge base, the research transcends assorted literature related to Global HRM and hiring concepts. This literature review also acted to identify the knowledge gap in the research area which needs to be filled with new knowledge
Slide Seven
The research would be a cross section survey study on various organizations operating at global level and will use both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods which include questionnaire and interviews
Slide Eight
Descriptive statistical methods such as measure of central tendency, frequencies and dispersion would the main methods used to analysis the research findings.
