Find someone who competes (or has competed) in intercollegiate sports.

1. Ask them about their experiences with psychological/mental skills training. 

2. Briefly describe their experiences and any PST they have completed. (Do not use real names).

3. What were the issues related to this PST?  Was it successful?

4. Recognizing that you have limited information, how would you evaluate this athlete's experience with PST?

5. What recommendations would you have to improve the experience?
