Recommendation/justification
Both of the two products do the job in terms of our “need”. Both two software applications have the capability to establish a conferencing session, and have training/lecturing tools. However, there are some differences in encryption, supported languages, customer training, and cost. Unified Meeting has lower encryption security and few supported languages. However, it has more customer training options and less cost. On the other hand, Adobe Connect, has high encryption security and supports more languages. Nonetheless, Adobe Connect has only one customer training option and it cost more. In conclusion, Unified Meeting, will definitely do the job and it is what we "need". On the other, Adobe Connect, have more features and options and it is what we "want". At the end it all comes to the cost. I recommend the use of Unified meeting, due to its cost.
